This womens preloved dress is in very good secondhand condition.

Velvet black and bronze embleshments on upper section of the dress. Tassle frilled waist with heavier velvet embleshments on skirt section. Tassle feature in centre front neckline. 

Sequine black flower feature down centre back.

Dress is sheer.
