New Zealand

  1. New Zealand returns and refunds policy applies to the following areas of New Zealand: North Island, South Island, Stewart Island, Waiheke Island, Chatham Island.
  2. All Clothing and Accessories marked as Pre-Loved on their website are purchased "As Is". No returns or refunds are offered.
  3. Flossie and Dean Ltd have a 14-day Return to Base for New items not meeting customers expectations as listed on their website. Returned items must be in saleable condition. 
  4. Flossie and Dean Ltd have a 14-day Return to Base for defective items. 
  5. Items are returned at buyers expense unless otherwise agreed to in writing with Flossie and Dean Ltd.
  6. Proof of purchase must be supplied (or be able to be located within Flossie and Dean Sales system) with the returned item.
  7. Returned items can take up to 7-days to process and issue a refund.
  8. All refunds issued are paid directly to a nominated New Zealand bank account. No cash refunds are offered.

 

Outside of New Zealand

  1. No returns or refunds are offered.
